The Corporate and All Other segment comprised of corporate overhead and certain operations such as internal logistics unit responsible for managing and allocating inbound logistics revenue and expense, as well as the operations of certain recent acquisitions. The company was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Richmond, VA.
